House Ways and Means Committee Chairman, Congressman Kevin Brady, released a comprehensive 429 Page tax reform proposal titled the "Tax Cuts and Jobs Act."  The House Ways and Means Tax Reform Proposal just released leaves the current law structured settlement tax rules in place and untouched!
