It doesn't take much to write accurate information about structured settlements but apparently Lee Jundanian just doesn't give a crap. Jundanian has in own problems, being a defendant in 3 lawsuits ( plaintiff's class action, the Maryland Attorney General suit and CFPB suit ) and Jundanian's association, through Access Funding, with bribe taking lawyer Anuj Sud. The Jundanian website spam isn't even original. The trendsetters of spam were fellow members of the Maryland Cauldron of Deceit.
