Pacific Life Insurance Company announced its entry into the structured settlement market as a new structured annuity underwriting company, set to begin operations in the first quarter of 2012.
Here is the Pacific Life line up:
- Pacific LIfe Insurance Company will issue structured settlement annuities in all states except New York.
- Pacific Life and Annuity Company will remain the structured settlement annuity underwriting company for settlements in New York City, Long Island and the rest of the State of New York.
