  1. Advise the annuity issuer if you change your residence address
  2. Advise the annuity issuer if you want to establish electronicnc funds transfer of your payments, at least 45 days prior to the effective date.
  3. Advise the annuity issuer and are receiving payments by direct deposit or electronic funding transfer and are changing your bank, make sure to change the EFT at least 45 days prior.
  4. Review your beneficiary designation periodically and notify the annuity issuer or qualified assignment company in writing. Every annuity issuer has a form you can use. Some may require that the changes are notarized. See  Structured Settlement Beneficiary Designations
