The following companies are the primary writers of structured settlement annuities for New York cases.

  2. American International Life Assurance Company of New York Home Office: New York, NY
  3. Hartford Life Insurance Company   Home Office: Hartford, CT
  4. John Hancock Life Insurance Company Home Office: Boston, MA
  5. Liberty Life Assurance Company of Boston  Home Office: Boston, MA
  6. Metropolitan Life Insurance Company   Home Office: New York, NY
