Lulaine Compere, perhaps unwittingly, in "Legal Funding 101", is the greatest living billboard for structured attorney fees.

People don't plan to fail. They fail to plan. Attorneys are no exception this old adage.  If the "leading edge" of the seat of your pants is well worn, then perhaps it's time to think about the future.

I know lawyers that structure large and small cases and do it consistently. I know at least one that has amassed a seven figure annual income from aggregate structured attorney fees.
