  • Income Stream XC burst on the scene in May 2015 with a website that appropriated  and made misleading use of testimonials and media from the website an dYiutUe of the Natiuonal Stuctured Settlmenets Trade Association (NSSTA), to promote the business of marketing structured settlement payment rights to investors
  • The out of context use of testimonials of William T. Robinson, III, Esq., Hon. John Lewis,  Civil Rights Leader and Congressman, Frank Reilly, Professor at University of Notre Dame and Kyle Greene’s father Roger Greene was just plain disingenuous.

  • Ironically Dyer’s role was “Due Diligence and Risk Management”. Just one month later Dyer was indicted on 21 counts of wire fraud, five counts of money laundering, and five counts of transporting funds obtained from fraud across state lines!  [ see my July 17, 2015 post Dyer Straits” for Structured Settlement Exchange Founder | Indicted by Grand Jury]

Cary Spivak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has done an excellent job of chronicling Dyer’s 26 years of criminal activity
