Stone Street Capital, a factoring company has tried a very clever approach which leads with the reasons why you should keep your structured settlement payments. This is in contrast with some of its competitors who lead with the ubiqitous messages of either "cash now" and "it’s your money use it when YOU need it!" delivered in the most universally annoying ways.

The reader is then led to the Stone Street Capital web site. Stone Street Capital is in the business of paying cash to people who wish to sell their rights to receive structured settlement payments. There is nothing to indicate that Stone Street Capital is in the business of creating structured settlements.
