Having accomplished my own challenge to be one of the first students to cross the finish line for the academic requirements of the Registered Settlement Planner (RSP) designation, I think it’s appropriate to encourage other settlement industry participants to take the timeless inspiration of Ben Franklin and take steps to improve and refresh their knowledge.
I started the RSP program last September and save the "to be completed" prerequisite final settlement plan, have made the commitment and investment of time from my nights and weekends to complete the required graduate level academic courses through Texas Tech. It is a proud personal accomplishment which I feel will enrich the quality that I bring to all of my clients and prospective clients.
