It’s “Ground Hog Day” In Cincinnati as Hindert Goes “Off Deep End” With Endless Non Sequitur

"Randy Snow himself is a fascinating story for Sports Illustrated. The story related by Patrick Hindert however, has nothing to do with structured settlements.

Patrick Hindert continues to mischaracterize Mr. Snow’s interviews as relevant parts of a series on Growing The Structured Settlement Market. Given this serial mischaracterization by Hindert, one plausible explanation is that he aims to hog shelf space on search engines by restating the term Growing the Structured Settlement Market in 6 separate posts. Such behavior is a phenomenon observed as characteristic of HIndert’s factoring industry friends, perhaps picked up at the JG Wentworth "Thought Leader" Conference. Fortunately we’re on to him.

clearly has no clue about how to grow the structured settlement market or:

  • He would be able articulate it
  • He would have shared it with the industry
