Is Aggressive Plaintiff Structured Settlement Firm Misleading Its Clients By “Moonlighting” For Defense?

In a DEVELOPING STORY, one structured settlement firm is headed for a MAJOR embarassment for the misleading the tort victims it purports to represents. The author has learned from a reliable source that an aggressive plaintiff firm has started to show up on the defense side of cases. The reliable source was on the plaintiff side of a case in which the aggressive plaintiff firm’s broker showed up FOR THE DEFENSE!

This not an indictment of the broker but of that firm’s advertising. From the firm’s advertising and sales vitriol, nobody in the structured settlement industry or any tort victim or trial lawyer could ever confuse these folks for anything other than plaintiff firm. BUT ARE THEY????

While there is nothing wrong with a centrist position as a structured settlement expert or settlement planner, false advertising that you swing one way when you swing the other however, IS WRONG!
