- Einstein also implies that they know of a way to skirt state statutes (or as the case may be "statues") for mandatory independent (or "indepent" as the case may be) professional advice. "Well the answer is if you are residing and going to court in any of the following states then the answer would be yes unless we tell you otherwise over the phone".
Furthermore Einstein Structured Settlements has continuously fraudulently advertised a paid testimonial from a Hispanic actress as a real customer for over 5 years, including a time when it was associated as a lead generator for two NASP member factoring companies.
