What is a Glossary?
Checking scholarly references, a glossary is variously described as:
- A list of often difficult or specialized words with their definitions, often placed at the back of a book. Answers.com
- A collection of textual "glosses" or of specialized terms with their meanings Merriam Webster
- An alphabetical list, with meanings, of the words or phrases in a text that are difficult to understand Cambridge
Placing the words 'structured settlement" in front of "glossary" leads the reader to believe that by clicking on the list of words in the "structured settlement glossary" that one is going to get their definition.
You don't. Instead you get lost in the fog bombarded everywhere you click with a solicitation to sell your structured settlements.
It was once said that "this is going to cause more confusion than a mouse in burlesque show"- Foghorn Leghorn (below)
I say.. I say Boy! Time to clear the fog!
DMI Partners Chief Operations Officer, James Delaney was formerly with J.G. Wentworth and is listed in Cool Whois records as the registrant of the domain Download
americanfinancialfreedom.pdf .
American Financial Freedom.Org is USELESS as a structured settlement glossary. Fake glossaries such as that provided in this web site are unethical and manipulate search engine results to confuse consumers and impair their ability to reach legitimate sources of information.
According to the DMI Partners web site, "the DMi team is comprised of seasoned interactive marketing experts and entrepreneurial visionaries who believe that anything is possible". Does "anything" that include "bait and switch advertising" to achieve client goals and objectives?
Some of the terms that DMI Partners baits and switches : Structured Settlements, Structured Settlement Payment, Structured Insurance Settlement, Structured Settlement Annuity, Quotes and Glossary
Internet fakers take up "shelf space" from legitimate information sources and reduce the quality of experience for the Internet user
Click Download structured_settlement_glossary_google_search.pdf for a Google Search of "structured settlement glossary". Fakers, including the aforementioned DMI Partners "structured settlement glossary", who do not provide what is promised, have been identified. Others have been checked as OK***
Out of disrespect for such marketing practices and for its role in promoting the "fraud" that is "cash now", DMI Partners is now added to our "cash now pushers" list.
"Cash Now" is a fraud on consumers because they are led by "cash now pushers" to believe that they can get cash now. People may need cash now but they cannot get "cash now" for their structured settlement payments unless a 40% excise tax is applied.
Click Structured Settlement Glossary for legitimate structured settlement and settlement planning definitions, terms, information and structured settlement key words.
*** the JG Wentworth glossary has been checked as it does provide some real definitions to terms. Oddly It still does not however include the term or the definition for what it does every day (structured settlement factoring transaction). Don't worry OURS DOES!
