JG Wentworth's alter ego Structured Settlement Alliance sure knows how to pick "the crumb of the crop" for its affilate marketers.

Gregg Pennington was obviously NOT paying attention in social studies.  The writing shill for Structured Settlement Alliance authoritatively states "Once a structured settlement agreement is enacted, the terms are fixed."

Structured Settlements are NOT enacted. They are reached as a result of compromise between two or more parties to a claim or lawsuit.

If it took an "act of Congress" or state government to create every structured settlement who knows where we'd all be.
