John Edwards still won’t admit that he never used Forge Consulting for structured settlements but still gave them a professional endorsement. “Bundlers” like Bair funnel far more money to campaigns than they could personally give under campaign finance laws.

Structured Settlements are NOT enacted. They are reached as a result of compromise between two or more parties to a claim or lawsuit. If it took an “act of Congress” or state government to create every structured settlement who knows where we’d all be!
