Novation Capital is now claiming on its web pages that it is "a leading expert in structured settlements, and trusted leader helping people with cash settlements". What they are leaders in is the use of semantics to convey specious claims.
What we do as leaders is to expose such semantics so that consumers are not confused when they are seeking experts on structured settlements and that federal and state insurance commissioners and other regulators can be informed of such abuses so that they will strengthen consumer protections.
If you are involved in a pending law suit or are researching structured settlements on behalf of a child or other loved one, be aware that Novation Capital is in the business of providing discounted amounts of cash for existing cash flows and not in the creation or placement of structured settlements. Please recognize that any expertise they provide is based from that frame of reference and will therefore not be useful to you.
