Key observations:
- Spokesman has upgraded suit and tie
- Glossary has been beefed up to include structured settlement terms even though JG Wentworth is not even in the structured settlement industry.
- Oddly, for company that is the supposed leader in the factoring industry there is no glossary entry for “structured settlement payment rights”, “structured settlement factoring transaction”, “structured settlement transfer” or “effective discount rate”, terms that are at the core of what is is that JG Wentworth actually does.
As they say, if it walks and quacks it probably is.
