Born in 1959, he founded McNay Settlement Group and was renowned for his expertise in structured settlements and lottery finance. He also authored eight best-selling books and was recognized for his contributions to journalism and community service.

Kimberly A. Rabeck Taylor, an industry colleague, passed away on September 1, 2025, after a prolonged struggle with cancer. Her death has saddened many who knew her. The obituary was published by Barrett Leber Funeral Home in Tenafly, NJ, commemorating her life and contributions.

Charly Schell, Chief Strategist at Armis Advisers, CEO of Bison Advisors, and one of the original co-Founders of Forge Consulting passed away in a plane crash over the Rocky Mountains this weekend. Charly’s wife Kelli Taylor Schell also perished, General Manager of Cateechee in Hartwell Georgia.
