Neil was a veteran of the structured settlement industry, serving clients through Prestwick as its Chief Executive Officer, Alliant/Mesirow Financial, Chicago IL, as a VP/Broker, working with some of the largest Insurance Companies in the US. 2016-2020. Before the merger of Alliant & Mesirow, Neil was VP/Broker for Mesirow Financial Structured Settlements LLC. 2010-2016. From 2001 thru 2010, Neil worked along side his father, the late Michael E. Herald, for The Pension Company (before the Joe Gargan debacle), one of the first Structured Settlement Companies in the US.
Neil got his start in the industry as a claims manger for Western States/Hertz Claim Management 1991-2001. Neil was a graduate of John Carroll University. Link to Neil P. Herald Obituary
In late 2019, Neil teamed with his brother Mike Herald at Prestwick. A niece described Neil on Facebook as “The most supportive and fun uncle anyone could ever ask for. I am so thankful for all the Chicago sports games, card tricks, and funny memories”
