Elvie Lou's Texas bred, old world grandmotherly charm could always cultivate a smile

Another chapter from another structured settlement era closed in June, with the passing of longtime National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA) adminstrator, Elvie Lou Luetge

Together with current NSSTA Board Member Randy Dyer,  Elvie "ruled the roost" for many years and for many important industry monents, before the short lived Smith Bucklin disaster that began at the end of 2007.  One could always count on Elvie's Texas bred old world grandmotherly charm to cultivate a smile.  She was a fine servant to the structured settlement industry and will be missed.
