- Annuity Capital does not provide annuity rates. Bargaining with an annuitant for how many pennies on the dollar Annuity Capital LLC is going to pay an annuitant in exchange for the transfer of their structured settlement payments rights is not an annuity rate.
- A discount rate is not an annuity rate. So “what’s up” Jimbo?
- It’s sole owner James Palopoli does not hold an active insurance license in Pennsylvania (Source: sircon.com). Without an insurance license Jimbo can’t offer annuity products, let alone advertise. Annuity Capital LLC is not listed as a licensed business entity with the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance at time of posting.
