Funding Direct mailer shows that Other Bottom Feeders in the Structured Settlement Secondary Market can rest easy
Read the first paragraph diplayed below, but for your own safety, put down that steaming cup of coffee—you wouldn’t want to spray it everywhere when you burst out laughing!
Funding Direct LLC is just trying to induce the annuitant to sell more payments with the structured settlement reimbursement scam mailer.
Let’s Try to Make Heads or Tails about what Funding Direct is laying on structured settlement annuitants to get them to call in to 877-843-7987
Baby conceived when Funding Direct LLC’s “Last chance” inactive check offer of October 24, 2018 “expires in January 2018”
- Funding Direct, LLC keeps some sort of records which “indicate that a check which it mailed out ( to annuitant) on October 24, 2018 is still inactive.”
- Funding Direct, LLC states that is a “final attempt to reach( the annuitant) for a balance that may be owed to them”, implying falsely, that the annuitant has done business with them and they are owed money.
- They further state that failure (by the annuitant) to take action would result in the check being terminated on a date that precedes the date of the subject check by a full human gestational cycle! Wow!
- If the check is not an activated check so how could it be terminated?
- It is just this sort of lack of attention from secondary market and tertiary market players that tickles the nose of the Structured Settlement Watchdog..
