Structured Settlement Cash Now predators Novation Funding, LLC, who sued Frederick Shaw, an African American quadriplegic from Westbury NY after advancing him $22,900.00 and he backed away from the deal, has settled for $10,000.00. The settlement will be paid in 6 installments of $1,500.00
Westbury NY Victim Shaw felt he was getting scammed by Novation Funding
Purportedly victim did not want to participate in a forum shopping charade to Connecticut, where he didn’t live
Purportedly an address in another state was set up by Novation in contemplation for the transfer,a ccording to Shaw,a nd he objected.
Novation Funding advanced money to a quadriplegic 4 times in the space of 2 years, then filed suit against the 50 year old Westbury, NY resident to get their money back Frederick Shaw decided he was getting scammed by Novation Funding and refused to move forward with selling his payments.
Purportedly an address in another state was set up by Novation in contemplation for the transfer.
Novation Funding targeted African Americans and other minorities. Another Long Islander Cedric Martez Thomas was shafted by Novation Funding
in October 2015 for over $1.4M
