Exhibit number 2 cited by Risk was a "Memo for record by Dick Risk, March 14, 2002, of conversation with yours truly, advising that Allstate considered Dick Risk to have rubbed them the wrong way".

In March 1997, by his own admission in Exhibit 3,  Risk received a memo from his general agent "regarding non interference with Allstate approved brokers or threatened loss of appointment".

Dick Risk lost his action against Allstate, which was dismissed July 17, 2006.
