Patrick Hindert's pedantic demagoguery is predictably revived in his latest blog post in which he cites an NSSTA Member on the NSSTA Code of Ethics.
Butt naked is the Hindert hypocrisy for being virtually silent for years on to name a few (1) the "underground railroad" of factoring business being done by industry members in recent years ,or (2) the more egregious 9-10 members who signed affidavits under penalty of perjury that they did substantial defense work to get on the United States Department of Justice list while simultaneously telling plaintiff attorneys and plaintiffs (in order to get their business at the expense of others) that they were plaintiff exclusive; (3) cash now fraud and doing a poor job concealing his promotion of J.G. Wentworth and factoring in general, "Hedwig" is hardly credible on the subject.
Gum flapping is a constitutional right and the hot air coming from Terrace Park, Ohio should help keep the heating bill down for his neighbors until at least "el cinco de mayo".
