Patrick Johann Hindert is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) and the Society of Settlement Planners, as well as a former Executive Director of both organizations. Notably, he is the only advocate of "cash now pushers" allowed to serve on influential NSSTA committees, a decision made by the NSSTA Board of Directors. Factoring companies are not included as members of the NSSTA.
