TheStructuredSettlementSite.Com From “Baker The Faker”

by Structured Settlement Watchdog®

Every now and then a website comes along that is so spectacularly incoherent, so wildly mismatched in theme and execution, that it practically begs for a one‑way ticket to the digital trash compactor. Thestructuredsettlementsite.com — courtesy of self-described “discount web designer” Scott Baker of Lexington, Kentucky — was one such masterpiece of misalignment.

The First Clue Something Was Off

📌Screen shots of Joe Jamail, Mark Wahlstrom, Jan Schlichtmann an other Legal Broadcast Network sitting next to advertisements for “Hot Flash Freedom”, Colon Sweep” and “Sleeping Pills”? Because nothing says “credible structured settlement information” like pairing plaintiff‑side legends with menopause relief and herbal bowel cleansers.💩

Are we supposed to be impressed with a web site that is as “creative” as typing “structured settlement” into YouTube, grabbing screen shots and features comments from someone named “Wet Walnuts”?😎🌰

Discount web designer Scott Baker of Lexington , Kentucky wins this weeks trip to the website trash compactor for making the case that taking other people’s content without attribution is “an honorable thing”.

Scott Baker’s mantra at Discount Web Design was, “You have to break the rules to win.” Well… mission accomplished.

By stripping attribution, ignoring copyright norms, and juxtaposing legitimate industry content with dubious consumer products, Scott Baker didn’t just “break the rules.” He became a walking, talking advertisement for the very waste matter that Colon Sweep claims to eliminate.

By not including a link to the original content and associating the structured settlement content with the aforementioned products is Mr. Baker not just a fine example of the waste matter that Colon Sweep is trying to eliminate?

I certainly would not advocate patronizing “Baker The Faker” or Thestructuredsettlementssite.com

Archival note

Thankfully, Thestructuredsettlementsite has been deep‑sixed — flushed, filed, and forgotten. A fitting end for a site that treated structured settlement literacy like a clearance‑bin carnival.
