Stone Street Capital, cash now pusher from Bethesda MD, has issued a press release and announced a "new" advertising campaign, that has actually been out for quite a while. The advertising campaign brands " Cash Now From The Cash Cow", who is affectionately named "Moola".
"Most advertising in our niche market looks the same and says essentially the same thing," explained Michele Hsu, Senior Vice President of Marketing. "Our challenge was to create something distinctive and memorable. When combined with our tagline 'Cash Now from the Cash Cow,' the Cash Cow character creates a really effective way to convey our core message of getting your immediate lump sum cash from a company that is friendly and approachable, and will treat you right."
I agree that most advertising in the structured settlement factoring niche market perpetuates the misleading promise of "cash now". All is not what it seems consumers! This is not a case of "Me and You and a Cow Named Moo". Even if it's not in the fine print, one things for darn sure- if you are looking for an immediate big lump sum or "cash now" from Stone Street Capital (or ANY OTHER cash now pusher factoring company), you are not likely to get it without Court approvals (which take 60-90 days) and a bigger discount If the Court approval process is avoided and a 40% excise tax** is levied on the buyer of structured settlement payment rights
I'd say that Stone Street Capital, er Moo-la, HAS left us with something "distinctive" and "memorable".
Careful walking in the cow pastures! Beware of Moola POO-la!
