If you are in possession of sensitive medical information concerning your client, what are your obligations concerning that information? What are your obligations and what steps have you taken to assure that your vendors assure that your client' sensitive information follows a protocol designed to protect that information?
If you wish to assign a case to Pressman Settlements Corporation you are expected to fill out a form and fax it to a Buffalo, New York fax number. If your client has a need for lifetime payments Pressman Settlements Corporation instructs you to fax it to a New Jersey telephone number. Pressman's current case manager, according to its website is located in Whittier, California with an entirely different fax number. Shouldn't you be asking yourself "where the #$%^ is that information going?"

Pressman Settlements Corporation holds itself out as doing business (i.e. insurance business), in the State of Florida. It advertises a Florida address and Florida consultants who use the an email address @pressmansettlements.com.
