They been showing up at my house trying to get my business when I never agreed to go with Rapid Settlements. When I received a court date for my company transfer they went to court and put a objection to transfer.
I never even wanted to deal with a company that goes behind my back getting information and sending it to court when I never agree to go with them. Now they want to mess up my court date and hoping my settlement doesn’t get approved and it gets sold to them.
Rapid settlements are greedy company who don’t understand what no means. They will do anything even lie just to get for you as a customer. Which I believe is not the way to do business.
Tuan Tran is the one who kep (sic) showing up at my home. His a financial analyst if he does this to get clients. How does he treat the clients he has. He is a dishonest person who works with a dishonest company. Beware of this Rapid Settlements they will try to mess your structured settlement sale."
Chilling, absolutely chilling! The thought that someone would actually just show up at your door and bug you to sell your structured settlement payment rights.

Perhaps it time that regulators FINALLY started instituting regulation of the sales practices of the factoring industry. The sales practices of the insurance, securities industries and financial advisory are heavily regulated. Why isn’t the factoring industry? It certainly begs the question of what political buttons have been pushed? One wonders what favors were owed by who to whom?
It would make a great story for the mainstream press in an election year.
