We sell structured settlements! The "we" includes me, John Darer®, as well as other producer members of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) and the Society of Settlement Planners (SSP) . Those of us who can place structured settlement annuities should have insurance licenses to sell insurance in our home state as well as any other states in which we sell structured settlement annuities. Some provider members of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association also sell structured settlement annuities through appointed structured settlement consultants.

Structured settlement annuities are the mosty widely used qualified funding asset to fund structured settlements. 

To be clear, a company that is buying the rights to your structured settlement payments, the ones you already are receiving, or due to receive, does not sell structured settlements despite the fact that they may come high up in your Internet search results.
