A call this morning to Northeastern Capital Funding, LLC’s Frank Cevallos posed the question “Do you do structured settlement quotes?” Answer was ” Absolutely”. The question was asked again to be sure. The answer was the same ” Absolutely”. A few days ago I published an article about misuse of structured settlement verbiage. Enough said.
A structured settlement most commonly involves the placement of a structured settlement annuity by a qualified assignment company
Only licensed insurance agents or brokers speiclaly appointed by structured settelment agents or brokers may issue structured settelment quotes and place structured settlement annuities.
I came across a dubious advertisement about Northeastern Capital Funding, LLC, a Delaware Corporation with offices in the Empire State Building in New York City .
The Northeastern Capital Funding advertisement clearly states that :
1. They “do JG Wentworth right”
2. JG Wentworth is related to northeasterncapital.com
Have a look for yourself and think like a normal consumer. What do you think?
On the phone Frank Cevallos indicated that JG Wentworth sends them deals but he denied the relationship. I wonder what MIchael Goodman, CEO of JG Wentworth thinks about all this?
The circus is coming to town this weekend a few blocks from Northeastern Capital Funding’s offices which explains why I think I see bears riding around on unicycles. What was it that P.T. Barnum used to say?
