Why did structured settlement buyer Access Funding mislead consumers about its status with the Better Business Bureau?
While Access Funding posts a BBB seal for an Accredited Business on its website as you can see from the first photo below, clicking through on the seal reveals that the BBB review of Access Funding LLC did not show that it was an accredited business as advertised to consumers and furthermore that Access Funding had no rating at all.

But what Access Funding says was not actually the case when we clicked on the BBB Accredited Business seal posted on its website on August 30-31, 2015. As you can see no Accredited Business and No Rating from the BBB.
