A year after throwing his toys out the pram after getting landslided in Palm Beach County elections for county judge, Robert Ostrov tried and failed to get a horrible structured settlement transfer approved in Suffolk County New York for his client Lockwood Funding LLC.  It takes a very "special" lawyer to represent a client that is paying 7% of the discounted present value of transferred payments.
