Making comments about any of the posts on Structured Settlements 4Real®blog is very easy. Simply scroll down to the end of the post. You will notice a time stamp, a bunch of key words and at the very end the words Permalink, Comments and Trackback.

Click on Comments and you may comment away to your heart's content. If there is a number other than (0) that means there are other comments on the post that you might want to read.

Structured Settlements 4Real® filters comments and trackbacks to its posts BEFORE allowing them to be published.

While spontaneous comments to this blog are welcome and add spice to the interactive nature of blogs, the unscrupulous practice by some to deliver comment spam, to connect all manner of unrelated products to structured settlements, is NOT tolerated by this author and thus necessitates this practice.

What is a Permalink?
Clicking on Permalink, or simply clicking on the title of the blog post exposes the unique URL or web address of the post. If you wish to provide a link from your own blog or website to a Structured Settlments 4Real post (to support something you have written, or to alert your readers to material that they might find useful) this is an easy way to do it. Structured Settlements 4Real® is a valuable resource with over 3,600 blog posts written by a structured settlement and settlement planning expert since its November 2005 inception. There is a lot of useful material here for any one who has questions about the wide variety of topics covered.

Furthermore, a comment that includes your company website may help your own company's search engine ranking as it may count as a back link to your company's website. Perhaps you can now understand why, unlike certain other blogs, we don't need or want fake compliments from those that purvey products such as Indian Viagra, Dog Food or Tailored Suits.

What is a Trackback
Clicking on Trackback,  exposes the unique trackback address of the post. Use Trackback if you write a post on your blog and wish to let readers of Structured Settlements 4Real know that there is related material out there that references the blog post they just read. Here's how it would appear on this blog

Listed below are links to weblogs that reference Structured Settlement Quotes:

(if there was a trackback from your blog to this it's link would appear)

Categories

While I'm at it, on the right side of the blog there is a category cloud  With almost 3,650 posts and 10 or so per page you are not expected to scroll through tons of material to get to what you are looking for.

e the Google search tool like you would on any other search and choose to search structuredsettlements.typepad.com (it should default to that choice)

And feel free to call or email if you have a structured settlement, settlement planning or financial planning topic that you wish to discuss,  or have any questions about.

My husband is currently waiting funding from 123 Lump Sum. We started this process over a year ago. It finally went to court on Sept.2009. We got the approval and now almost 2 months later still not funded yet. Yeah their slogan fast cash yeah okay that’s a bunch of bs. Anyone going into this should know it’s not gonna be that way and they are falsley advertising it on their site. I think we have been more then patient with these people. But we just keep getting fed more bs as to why we are not being funded. I’m waiting for them to just say sorry we can’t do it we’re bankrupt or something. I’m so confused.

I’m trying to figure out how to sue Novation for violating the Do Not Call laws. I live in CA and it looks like I can only sue for $500/first violation, $1000 each subsequent.
I have a record of at least six calls.
I was given their agent for service address but mail came back ‘insufficient address.’
It looks like these guys violate the law a lot.

As someone who has recently been involved in a structured settlement sell scenario whtrough a friend in the U.S, I have found the intelligent and forthright information on your site a godsend. So much so I have tried in a small way to pass on my findings to others. Please keep up the good work and enhance your well deserved reputation as the authority on this subject
