The crux of what Novation Ventures is bitching (and litigating) against the JG Wentworth Company can be summarized by the results of "Operation JG Wentworth Mickey Mouse" which I conducted this morning on Google. As you can see a Google search for " JG Wentworth Mickey Mouse" returns search results with JG Wentworth brands in the top 3 sponsored ad spots. Consumers are called to action by JG Wentworth, then told to take Peachtree instead and finally "an olive branch" is thrown by another brand stating " a better deal is possible".
However, in other searches I performed, using other terms and combinations, Liberty Settlement Funding was the top paid listing. Jimmy McCabe and Marc Hermes are not believed to be connected to the the leading purveyors of cash now.
