Nevada Collection Agency is not a Structured Settlement and has Nothing to do with Structured Settlements
A debt collection agency in Henderson Nevada identifies as a “Structured Settlement” in its company name and its Better Business Bureau profile. The Henderson NV collection agency however, has nothing to do with a structured settlement as structured settlement is defined under Nevada law. A collection agency is not a structured settlement.

Nevada Revised Statutes Section 42.275 – “Structured settlement” defined “Structured settlement” means an arrangement for periodic payment of damages for personal injuries or sickness established by settlement or judgment in resolution of a tort claim.
