Structured settlements are negotiated. With a structured settlement the person or entity receiving the structured settlement payments is the “payee”. Up until the time the legal case is settlement the payee might have been a plaintiff or a claimant (if no lawsuit was filed at the time the matter is settled).

Comments: This is where Structuredsettlements.com and Annuity.org fail consumers and provide dangerously bad information. Work with people who understand which public benefits are asset sensitive and which are not, not unlicensed content barfers from structuredsettlements.com and annuity.org. Terfehr Zelek still hasn’t resolved issues as set forth in a tweet to correct something from over 4 years ago. Judging by Annuity.org and Structuredsettlements.com, It’s obvious that Launch That! doesn’t give a loaded nappy about quality when it comes to structured settlements. And for that reason, in my opinion, you should say as they do on Shark Tank ” I’m Out”
