Would You Sell Your Structured Settlement to ItsNachos LLC?

by Structured Settlement Watchdog

ItsNachos LLC registered in Wyoming in October 2017—a name that instantly brings to mind Happy Hour fiestas, tequila-fueled laughter, and mountains of salty chips drowning in cheese and refried beans, all to the soundtrack of the Red Hot Chili Peppers or a Mariachi band. Yet, in the wild world of structured settlements, it’s just another faceless LLC, leaving consumers guessing whether they’re dealing with a snack bar or a secretive suit.

FlagTheory.com says that may be hard to believe, but its actually true. In fact, you can set up a LLC in Wyoming without your name having to be on the State Register and not disclosed to the public, which is advantageous from an Asset Protection standpoint.

According to FlagTheory.com, a company that helps business set up LLCs, a Wyoming LLC is the very best State for Asset Protection. You can even establish a business entity where the creditor can NEVER reach your assets.

This is not to suggest that all Wyoming LLCs are established with bad intent.

If things go wrong in the context of a structured settlement factoring transaction however, in an industry where there is

  • no licensing,
  • few companies are registered in the states they do business in,
  • where a lack of transparency exists
  • and there is such widespread unethical conduct, if you can get past a name that is hard to take seriously, is it wise to do business with a company whose owners may be more concerned with protecting their assets than yours?
