What do structured settlements have to do with “someone who violently sets upon another* “?
Ask Todd M. Lesk, the CEO of MJ Structured Settlement Annuities, Inc., whose business digs at 301 Yamato Rd Suite 3200 in Boca Raton Florida, were the same suite in Boca Raton as Client First Settlement Funding , or Leonard Lesk in whose name the Florida corporate registration is held. See video below. I’ll let “Aunt Merriam” Webster speak for herself here
Grandpa Sausage Fingers
Proportionately, Todd Michael Lesk was as big a promoter of structured settlement receivables (which Lesk misrepresented as annuities to investors), as the plump “sausages” that “Grandpa” calls fingers in the MJ Structured Settlement Annuities’ video ad found on YouTube. See below. At the time of posting, the toll free number for MJ Structured Settlement Annuities says it is out of service. From self-proclaimed “national industry leader” to a dead phone line in just three years—what a plot twist!

MJ Structured Settlement Annuities Using Insurance Company Logos March 14, 2014
State Insurance Commissioners and the NAIC should note that Todd Lesk is another purveyor of structured settlement receivables, mislabelled as annuities by a licensed insurance agent (in Florida since 2002*), who has referenced state insurance guaranty funds as part of his sales pitch to investors.
It was included in a February 4, 2010 PowerPoint titled “MJ Brochure” that was found online. The brochure also falsely claims that life insurance companies issuing structured settlement annuities are qualified assignment companies.
In August 2010, MJ Structured Settlement Annuities, led by Todd Lesk, falsely claimed in a marketing piece to be “the exclusive provider of Secondary Market Structured Settlements” and failed to disclose the transaction risks involved in purchasing structured settlement payment rights.
Another Todd Lesk blooper from the MJ brochure, “Can be purchased in a Self Directed Investment account for taxable advantages”
