Well, I’ll be doggone. “Robert Williams,” another so-called “structured settlement expert” and alleged cash-now pusher from Culver City, California, has apparently called it quits after two years, according to internet records for the website Structured Settlement Experts. Calls to the numbers 800-908-3418, listed on structuredsettlementexperts.net, and 310-085-1421 are no longer in service.
Due to a market segment devoid of regulation of sales practices, cash now pushers deceive American consumers by using terms like “structured settlement expert”, when they hold no relevant professional credentials.
- Some of these “companies” are not really companies, just websites held out as companies.
- Cash now pushers have no license requirement and many are not even registered to do business with the Secretaries of State, in the states where they solicit consumers .
“Bob Dawg” doesn’t hold a candle to the dapper Mr. Wentworth bobble head.
