The Google Plus page for Genex Capital and Genex Strategies, Inc.CEO Roger Proctor links to over 30 made for SEO Blogger blogs of "dubious veracity", promoting specific keywords replete with " selfies".
Take this December 1, 2011 post on a Google blogger site structured-settlement-sales.blogspot(dot)com for example. In it, Roger Proctor, upon information and belief an only child, discusses his "sister Neeglo who suffered with Cancer". Roger Proctor, CEO of a company that arranges the purchase of structured settlement payment rights and assigns them to investors, who is upon information and belief a Canadian citizen, residing in Canada, supposedly starts working at a $100 per hour to help pay for an emergency room penalty allegedly levied by the insurer of his non-existent sister's medical bills, so he supposedly sold his supposed structured settlement, in a country where structured settlement payment rights cannot be sold, The bogus story links to Genex Capital's website through an optimized targeted keyword. Then there is a November 27, 2011 post whose opening paragraph is a word for word copy of January 2010 post from a travel insurance claim blog. The post is again attributed to Roger Proctor and further claims that on a rainy day that Roger Proctor's home burned to ashes so he sold his lottery payments to professionals, with a link to Genex Capital's website. Shocking! Didn't an astute business man like Roger Proctor have any homeowners insurance? Then there is a November 25, 2011 post that claims that on January 31, 2010 the last thing Roger Proctor had to worry about was insurance. He claims that he was in a bad car accident, shattering a hip, but the doctor "see all his injuries and send him back with medicine" . According to the Mayo Clinic, signs and symptoms of a hip fracture may include:
- Inability to move immediately after a fall
- Severe pain in your hip or groin
- Inability to put weight on your leg on the side of your injured hip
- Stiffness, bruising and swelling in and around your hip area
- Shorter leg on the side of your injured hip
- Turning outward of your leg on the side of your injured hip
According to a July 11 2010 Vancouver Star report of the Wreck Beach Preservation Society's Annual Skinny Dip Day "Roger Proctor, a lawyer and the man officially counting the naked swimmers, said it was a bit of a disappointment that they didn't bring in more swimmers than the almost 500 who took part in Vancouver's event last year".
According to published sources, Wreck Beach lies at the base of a cliff; therefore the trails are fairly steep. Take a look at these photos:

Erosion can also make the route south of Trail 6 a bit tricky, and it can often be quite muddy. Have a peek at the above photos of Wreck Beach Trail 6! Does that look like something that someone that would have recently needed hip reconstruction (if the aforementioned blog post were true) would be able to negotiate in order to attend?
On February 25, 2013 a single comment on the same blog appeared from " Sam John", a the alias of of known spam commenter for structuredsettlement-quotes(dot)com an internet property with connections to Genex Capital.
If everything really happened to Roger Proctor that is set out in the bogus stories in blog posts over the last 4 years that have promoted Genex Capital would he be physically able to run any company given the time and distraction of all the required medical treatments for the alleged conditions?
On July 2, 2014 I demonstrated how there were 191 spam blog comments over a 2 year span which Roger Proctor supposedly had swine flu, suffered a broken nose, had two husbands die, lost his only leg, lost one of his hands, lost one more leg than he was born with, dislocated both his arms, was in 3 accidents and , of course (eyes rolling) he had a structured settlement to sell to Genex for each occurrence for a resident and citizen of a country that does not permit the sale of structured settlement payment rights, not to mention the serial selling described . Here's a video of Genex Capital and Genex Strategies, Inc CEO Roger Proctor promoting his medical marijuana company, AbacaRx. Note that he has two legs, his arms seem to be functioning , and he possseses two functioning hands, neither of which seem to bear surgical scars or evidence of prostheses. All those selfies "up in smoke".
