It has been noted that various "complaints" were posted on so called scam, rip off or complaint sites against Woodbridge, on dates that coincide with important developments in the matter of Woodbridge Structured Funding v  Sovereign Funding Group and David Springer (pending in United States District Court in Maryland). Woodbridge fought back.

On one such site, Complaintslist.com the following appeared on or about October 21, 2013

"TAKE NOTICE that an action has been commenced against you in the District Court, Denver County, Colorado, Case Number 2013 CV 31613, in which the Plaintiff has requested, among other things, an injuction requiring that the statements appearing on this webpage be removed.
TO OPPOSE THAT ACTION, you must file a response with the Court, which is located at 1437 Bannock Street, Room 256, Denver, Colorado 80202, within thirty-five (35) days after October 21, 2013. Your failure to so-respond will result in the entry of a default judgment requiring the removal of these statements".

Fake complaints on sites such as Rip Off report, Yelp,  Scambook and Pissed Consumer serve nobody. They do not help consumers.
