Yet, when one searches for either Genex Capital, or the alternate name posted on the BBB report Genex Strategies,Inc. with the Maryland Secretary of State Download Genex No Results Search-Maryland SoS
I also followed up with a phone May 17,2013 to Maryland Secretary of State to confirm that there were no records prior to writing this post. I obtained official documentation confirming this from the State of Maryland.
Following is a certification from the State of Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation that there is no record of a trade name by the name of Genex Capital

What's up with that? As you can see from the above link from May 17, 2013, the BBB report for Genex Capital claims a Baltimore, MD address at a Regus office center as its headquarters.
Furthermore, according to to Vancouver, Canada based Gian Karla Limcangco's LinkedIn profile, she has not been associated with Genex Capital since May 2012, a position she held for 7 months.
It would be good for American consumers if Genex Capital updated its Better Business Bureau records.
While we're at it, there is a May 31, 2012 post on Genex-Capital.blogspot(dot)com, one of the ones that refers to Genex as "an international company in the world" states it was posted by Roger Proctor (the name of the CEO of Genex Capital) , and lists an address in Dover Delaware that is not a UPS Store.
