Disgruntled former structured settlement broker turned attorney Dick Risk, has set up a website trawling for victims of "structured settlement fraud", which Risk suggests is only possible 'If you settled your personal physical injury claim with a structured settlement, and you or your attorney allowed the defendant or its insurance company to set up your structured settlement, you may be the victim of a fraud scheme.

Goldfish_hook_400_clr_8223It's ironic that, on the date of this posting, a Tulsa Oklahoma company called Structured Settlement Services, LLC of of which Dick Risk is listed as the Registered Agent (according to a record search with the Oklahoma Secretary of State) continues to post certain posts from 4structures.com LLC's  Google Feedburner blog feed without permission and without attribution.

Furthermore , on the date of this posting, the title click from in the actual feed from our blog that is supposed to lead to www.structuredsettlements.typepad.com instead loops back to structuredsettlements.org, the website of the company that Dick Risk is the Registered Agent of.

Dick Risk's son Robert Risk is the owner of the domain. Robert Risk is listed as an affiliate of Settlement Planners Inc.  All the brokers listed in the directory that appears on Structured Settlements, LLC website are affiliated with Settlement Planners,  Inc. an MGA based in California.

Ironic. Why can't Dick and Rob just post their own work?

I emailed Robert Risk today to ask him why he can't just post his own work.
