Cash Now Pushers and Uncredentialed Surrogates Push "Involuntary" False Narrative

Ignoring the fact that a "settlement agreement" is a critical part of establishing a liability to make periodic payments,  some "cash now pushers", themselves,  or through uncredentialed bloggers that write on their behalf, have misrepresented the nature of structured settlements to suggest that they are involuntary in an attempt to unsettle structured settlement recipients in their own self-interest.

Pennies on the dollar is the best they can offer.
