Factoring companies have long muddied the waters for consumers by exploiting key words and phrases that describe less of what they do than what we do. In my recent debate with Matt Bracy that aired on Legal Broadcast Network, Matt opined that this phenomenon was the result of the inability of the primary market to get their message out. Pleased to see that Keith is doing his part.
