Former Peachtree flack Deborah Benaim is up to her old tricks, as Senior VP at Imperial Structured Settlements, LLC:
“We have recently made a strategic business decision to change the name of our organization from Washington Square Financial, LLC to Imperial Structured Settlements, LLC. Imperial Structured Settlements will still provide the same superior service, but will now fall under the umbrella of Imperial Holdings, LLC”
Puh-leese Deborah! Structured settlement key word manipulation is so 2006!
According to Florida Department of Financial Services records Imperial Structured Settlements, LLC has no insurance license. Nor does Deborah Benaim.

While it is clear to everyone but consumers that what Imperial does are structured settlement factoring transactions, Ms. Benaim “peels a banana” in her description of her accomplishments with what is misrepresented as “the structured settlement process”. For this and the name change Ms. Benaim and the rest of the Peachtree alums at Imperial get to join their old chums in structured settlement aper’s pillory.
Structured settlement aper’s pillory. It’ s a case of monkey see monkey do, but in this case it’s not flattering!
