Factoring Companies Structured Asset Funding and Stone Street Capital ought to mindful of the misleading advertising that they are putting out in their Google Adwords (pay per click campaigns)
Consider these three ads which appeared in a search for "structured settlement" on Google

These two companies are factoring companies which provide so called "cash" now (i.e. cash in 90 days or so). Unlike their competitors there is no indication of "cash now" and this word manipulation could confuse consumers into thinking that they could actually get a structured settlement quote from either of these two companies. Why waste consumer's time? Why steer a consumer who is seeking information about structured settlements to an entity that suggests its sensible to trade financial security for depreciating assets.
Now their legal counsel could opine that its "quotes FOR your payments" but its a very very weak argument.
Why don't these companies advertise what it is that they DO do, instead of advertising that is "doo doo"?
