Google Blog Alerts in need of Attention
Absurd is the Word
Today, a bunch of us received a Google Blogs Alert about “structured settlements,” and let me tell you, it was like opening a surprise party invitation in the mailbox—only instead of balloons and cake, we got a parade of unrerelated stories!

None of the posts that Google alerts us to in this example offered any meaningful insights for consumers seeking accurate information about structured settlements
Instead, we are bombarded by the intrusive “sell structured settlement” text link, which redirects us to shop 24-7-365.com—nothing more than a façade crafted for Google Adsense. This situation presents a clear conflict for Google: it reaps substantial profits from Adsense, regardless of whether the ads are relevant, the content on which they appear holds any value, or the sheer absurdity that floods these blog pages created with Google’s own blogging platform.
The spam blogs that contain the text links are written by what seems like an over-caffeinated keyboard with a penchant for random letters. Surely Google could sprinkle a bit of magic pixie dust on their blogpost registration form to zap this nonsense right out!
You can add input validation to Web Forms pages using validation controls, which make it easy to check for valid dates or values within a range, as well as to implement custom validation. These controls also let you customize how error messages are shown to users.
